About this role

Support testing activities for the IFMS Salesforce application
Execute manual test cases for system and integration testing of the Salesforce Lightning application (integrated with Rootstock ERP)
Execute and support testing activities for scheduled and unscheduled releases
Identify, document, and track defects using established processes
Assist in maintaining and updating test scripts in OpenText ALM
Collaborate with test team members, developers, and release manager to understand testing needs
Help monitor testing progress and report on test execution status
Assist with test data setup in lower environments

1–3 years of experience in software testing or a related field (or relevant experience/education)
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Desired)
Familiarity with Agile methodology (Desired)
Experience with test management tools (e.g., OpenText ALM or similar) (Desired)
