About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect to develop a portfolio of retail businesses and small owner-operated companies for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with company owners
Participate in the appraisal and valuation of businesses and commercial assets (activity analysis and potential)
Identify potential buyers, qualify them and arrange introductions
Help build a pipeline of prospective buyers
Conduct visits and support parties during negotiations
Manage cases through to signature (preliminary sales agreement and deed of sale)
Provide full support to clients throughout the process
Maintain active market monitoring
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transaction advisory (business transfers, real estate)
Strong appetite for fieldwork and prospecting
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client satisfaction–oriented approach
Good understanding of the business environment (B2B)
Interest in new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
Autonomous and tenacious with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
