About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect to develop a portfolio of small, owner-operated businesses and companies for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
Build and maintain trusting relationships with business owners
Participate in the valuation and appraisal of business assets and companies (analysis of operations and growth potential)
Identify potential buyers, qualify them, and facilitate introductions
Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers
Conduct site visits and support both parties during negotiations
Manage transactions through to signing (preliminary agreements and deeds of sale)
Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the process
Conduct active market monitoring and intelligence
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or transaction advisory (business transfers, commercial real estate)
Strong appetite for fieldwork and active prospecting
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Good understanding of the business environment (B2B)
Interest in new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
Autonomous, tenacious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
