Administer on-premises infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, backups, etc.)
Manage the full lifecycle of user devices, from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain clear and useful technical documentation for internal teams and support processes.
Handle support tickets with ownership, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed.
Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver a high-quality IT service.

FP (Sup.) ASIR
Networking knowledge, ideally in Fortinet environments (switching, routing, VLANs, segmentation, ACLs, firewalls and VPNs)
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Experience managing Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, etc.)
Comfortable working in multiplatform environments (Windows, Linux, macOS)
English level: B2
