Role Overview
- Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost.
- Manage personnel and drive efficient warehouse operations through associates.
- Champion safety procedures and maintain a safety-first culture.
- Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
- Direct and supervise the work and productivity of associates.
- Participate in building high-performing teams by hiring warehouse personnel.
- Monitor operational information to ensure productivity meets rates.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
- Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
