Role Overview
- Investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims arising from physical damages to vehicles
- Settlement by denial, compromise, or payment of claims
- Work within the claim's office
- Collaborate with Claims Supervisor
Requirements
- Under the direction of the Claims Supervisor
- Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims
- In-depth knowledge of risks under management, product offered, and insurance investigation techniques
- Must maintain integrity of proprietary information
- Obtain necessary authorization from the Claims Supervisor to pay claims in excess of authority
- Perform a variety of duties
