Role Overview

• Open and maintain customer accounts.
• Resolve product or service questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Medical or healthcare industry experience would be considered a plus.
• Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
