Maintain awareness of current trends, market practices and best practices; monitor financial metrics, share prices and regulatory developments

Above-average academic degree
Several years of professional experience in consulting or within a corporate group
Experience leading projects and initial people-management experience
Ideally experience in the Financial Services environment
High level of autonomy and creativity
Strong communication skills
Enjoy working with data
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
Very good German language skills
Fluent English skills
