You independently prepare and manage customer onboarding end-to-end.
You confidently guide customers into and through the program and proactively provide relevant resources to the customer.
You regularly ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., through surveys, check-ins, or updates from the Strategy Manager) and relay relevant customer feedback and insights to the team.
You build and maintain a positive relationship with the customer.
You maintain close communication with the Strategy Manager and team members to ensure an optimal customer journey.
You actively coordinate between the Customer Success and Support teams.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success and in managing client relationships.
Ownership, reliability, and a structured approach to work.
Confident use of communication tools for remote work (Slack, Google Meet, Asana, etc.).
Team-player mentality.
