Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health and addiction needs, including trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in virtual case consultations and team meetings
Offer crisis intervention services as needed
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent in Kentucky
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology
Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
