Source, recruit, and hire top talent focused on Relocity’s network of contract-based relocation consultants and local experts— this is a high-volume environment where output is measured and performance is tracked against clear metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and teams to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated, and met
Develop robust candidate pipelines across various cities and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline activity and communicate progress proactively
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, consistent communication at every stage
Drive offer processes, including extending offers and creatively closing candidates
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified and diverse talent
Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving efficiently
Requirements
3–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience — this is a must; candidates without this background will not be considered
Proven ability to source and hire contract-based, client-facing talent across multiple markets
Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously
Proven sourcing skills and resourcefulness in finding and engaging passive candidates
Hands-on experience with recruiting and productivity tools; we work across multiple platforms daily and expect you to hit the ground running — our current stack includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Slack, among others.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving, startup-style environment.
