Oversee the export and import of historical data as needed.
Execute daily imports of sales data from various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Daily review of sales entries, prioritizing clients and ensuring accuracy.
Regular scrutiny of the activity log for errors, with prompt corrective actions.
Access and participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in Sage Intacct modules and configurations.
Replicate and create reports, dashboards, and contribute to the overall setup of Sage Intacct.
Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to Sage Intacct, leveraging advanced understanding and expertise in the software.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field.
In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct functionalities.
Proficient in Vlookups, Filters, and Pivot tables.
Ability to differentiate between balance sheet and income statement entries.
Proficiency in working with and understanding journal entries.
Ability to develop checks and balances confirm data accuracy
Independent thinker with aptitude to Identify potential ways to expedite existing processes
Detail-oriented and process-driven individual with clear and effective communication skills.
Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup in Makati or Clark (note that initially, this requires to work onsite for the 1st 2 months)
