Respond to inbound leads generated via social media and website inquiries
Conduct initial qualification calls to determine customer needs and readiness
Communicate clearly with potential customers via phone, email, and messaging
Handle basic objections and questions from potential clients
Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in HubSpot CRM
Manage and track follow-ups with prospective customers
Ensure qualified leads are properly passed to the appropriate sales team member
Collaborate with the Melbourne-based sales team and existing offshore team member
Requirements
Confident and professional phone communication skills
Strong written communication and messaging skills
Experience qualifying sales leads
Comfortable handling objections and answering customer questions
Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently
Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
