Analyze and identify security risks, technical vulnerabilities, logic gaps and misconfigurations in complex platforms and systems
Support internal AI teams with security, advising on secure design of AI systems
Assess risks in AI-driven use cases such as agentic workflows and developer tooling
Perform formal audits on technology and cyber security risks
Report findings directly to CTOs and CISOs
Partner closely with internal AI teams to support secure design and deployment of AI systems
Traveling up to 30% of your time globally to engage face-to-face with teams and stakeholders

Demonstrable experience in cyber security, with technical knowledge
Strong and proven experience in AI security, including securing LLM-based applications, AI agents, or ML pipelines

Experience & expertise: 8+ years of relevant experience in cyber security, cyber risk management, red teaming, or technical security
Project management: Proven experience in managing (technical) projects end-to-end
Technical knowledge: A robust grasp of cyber security practices, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and cyber risk
AI security expertise: Understanding of risks related to LLMs, AI agents, model supply chains
Analytical skills: Exceptional critical thinking to evaluate potential threats and recommend actionable solutions
Technical tools: Ability to write scripts, use automation tools
Communication: Ability to translate technical cyber security issues into business language
Commitment to security: Curiosity to investigate and learn security of new technologies
