About this role
Role Overview
Manage the daily relationship with our logistics partner to ensure good service levels and product availability across the restaurant network
Monitor and drive logistics performance through key KPIs (OTIF, service levels, stock levels…)
Coordinate product flows between suppliers, distribution center and restaurants
Manage day-to-day operational issues such as supply disruptions, delivery delays or logistics constraints
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the logistics partner
Ensure smooth written and oral communication with our franchisees as well as our operational teams when incidents / questions arise
Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain costs, including inbound flows, warehousing and distribution
Analyze logistics costs and suggest optimization opportunities
Contribute to operational efficiencies across the supply chain
Support marketing & finance with product cost analysis
Support the improvement of forecasting and supply planning processes
Work with marketing to align forecasts with business activity (promotions, innovations, restaurant network evolution – closures and openings)
Contribute to progressively strengthening planning tools and processes
Work closely with the local supply chain manager, IOM team, and Yum! centre of excellence to ensure smooth supplier coordination
Support supplier performance monitoring and operational follow-up
Provide supply chain insights for sourcing or product-related projects
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations
Experience in food industry, FMCG, retail or restaurant networks is a strong plus
Experience managing a logistics provider
Good understanding of supply chain flows (suppliers, logistics, inventory, distribution)
Ability to manage logistics performance and relationships with partners
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cost data
Strong Excel / data analysis skills
Agile, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
A partnership approach to problem solving
Comfortable working in a small and agile team environment
Strong ownership and ability to drive topics autonomously
A growth mindset, with a desire to continuously improve the status quo
