Own the purchase order flow end-to-end across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce;
Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time;
Manage documentation including invoices, BOLs, routing guides, and labels;
Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers;
Support new item setup across retailers and distributors;
Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials;
Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activity;
Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches;
Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers;
Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE);
Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks or excess inventory;
Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays quickly;
Identify inefficiencies across workflows and implement improved systems;
Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting and operations;
Build processes that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility;
Replace manual work with scalable, automated solutions wherever possible;
