- Act as the primary point of contact for the Barcelona office and coworking provider
- Serve as a communication bridge between employees and coworking
- Organizing office events and internal gatherings
- Provide onboarding support to new hires
- Support the Co-Founder with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in workplace management and employee engagement
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate events and initiatives
- Experience in onboarding processes
- Familiarity with office management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
