Own integration discovery and delivery: Research customer and partner needs for new connectors. Write detailed specs for new integrations (platform connectors, provider APIs, direct integrations), working with engineering to ship them iteratively.
Manage the integration knowledge base: Keep internal and customer-facing documentation accurate and up to date. Act as the squad's subject-matter expert for connector capabilities, limitations, and configuration.
Triage and prioritize escalated integration issues: Work with CS, Support, and FP&A teams to diagnose complex integration problems. Translate ambiguous customer reports into clear, actionable tickets.
Coordinate with integration partners: Serve as a point of contact for external integration partners. Stay current on partner API changes, new features, and limitations. Feed insights back to the squad.
Improve onboarding quality for integrations: Collaborate with FP&A and CS to reduce friction during onboarding for integration-heavy customers. Identify recurring pain points and propose product or documentation fixes.
Track connector reliability and adoption metrics: Define and monitor key metrics (sync success rates, time to first sync, support ticket volume per connector). Use data to prioritize improvements.
Contribute to the integration roadmap: Work with the Director of Product and senior PMs to shape the quarterly roadmap for the Integrations squad. Propose initiatives based on customer demand, partner feedback, and support trends.
