AI Automation Strategist – Solutions Architect

Role Overview

• Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads
• Map out current workflows across departments (sales, ops, finance, marketing, etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes
• Determine what can be automated, augmented with AI, or simplified
• Produce a structured deliverable that includes current state workflow breakdown

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, operations, product, or systems design
• Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms)
• Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured plans
• Comfortable leading client-facing conversations
