Designing and delivering technology solutions for RFA clients based on current technologies
Working with technical leadership to align with established strategy
Performing R&D processes and creating documentation for implementation and support teams
Supporting sales management and individual deal flow by problem-solving key technical issues for prospective RFA clients
Supporting the sales team in their efforts to close new business, and up-sell and cross-sell RFA’s suite of IT services and solutions to an existing Client base
Requirements
3–5+ years’ experience in a client-interfacing technical sales role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 components (Azure certifications are highly desired)
Demonstrable track record of successfully drafting and presenting Client-specific technology and architecture solutions to the financial services industry strongly preferred.
Understanding of technology required (cloud, storage, infrastructure, and desktop).
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or a comparable alternative).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
