About this role
Role Overview
Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owner, F&B managers and convince them to start placing orders using the platform
Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts, your job is to grow them
Visit clients regularly: walk the kitchen, understand their challenges
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Build relationships with the people who matter, chefs, GMs, procurement teams
Work closely with the teams to turn client feedback into actionable input for the platform
Drive growth by keeping as many accounts as possible actively ordering
Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings
Requirements
Experience selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients
You understand food pricing, margins, and how chefs make buying decisions
A proven track record of growing existing accounts, not just closing new ones
Comfortable managing multiple demanding relationships simultaneously
Language skills: Native German, and good English skills any other European language is a plus

Salary base
Commission on the top of the base salary, uncapped

€200/month Payhawk for other work expenses
