About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a trusted advisor to Data Science and AI and CSCx DT leaders
Enable the AI operating model, helping define and operationalize roles, skills, governance, and ways of working for AI and data
Bring an external lens on AI, data, and commercial digital talent markets and workforce trends
Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for critical data science, AI, and commercial digital roles
Coach senior and people leaders to effectively lead highly technical and cross-functional teams
Partner with Talent and Learning to shape development pathways for AI, data, and commercial digital talent
Support organization design and workforce planning to scale AI products
Lead and support change initiatives as AI-driven tools and processes are introduced across functions
Embed FLIGHT DECK/lean practices into leadership routines and people processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR or related experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience
HRBP experience in aerospace, commercial manufacturing, technology, data/AI, or other complex, global, and/or regulated environments
Proven ability to understand and influence functional strategy
Experience supporting technology, product, or data/AI teams, or strong demonstrated interest in AI, analytics, and digital transformation
Strong track record in leadership coaching, succession planning, and building pipelines for critical technical and commercial roles
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and leading or supporting transformation in fast-evolving areas
Advanced degree in HR, Industrial/Labor Relations, Business, or related field, and/or HR certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
