Drive Product Quality Engineering (PQE) activities for assigned suppliers within the Controls and Accessories commodity
Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards
Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence
Production approval ownership for hardware within the Controls and Accessories Organization including components such as electronics, mechanicals, fluid systems, air systems, valves, actuators, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (quality) experience + minimum of 3 years (quality) experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
