Monitor software and component updates and evolution
Perform change, incident and problem management activities within an ITIL framework
Produce and maintain usage reports and metrics
Plan, install, configure and deploy associated hardware and software
Analyze and provide recommendations to optimize existing methods and processes
Research, identify, recommend and implement preventive and corrective maintenance
Develop and update documentation (technical, operational, etc.)
Prepare and deliver required information and training
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to operations and users
Maintain FMW (Fusion Middleware) instances, install updates and monitor logs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle databases, minimum five (5) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Designer, Oracle Developer, and Oracle Discoverer, minimum three (3) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux, minimum three (3) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with capacity and performance management tools for Oracle environments, minimum three (3) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in network security for Oracle environments, minimum three (3) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and Windows 11 operating systems and registry administration, minimum three (3) years
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with high-availability techniques (RAC), database mirroring and replication for Oracle products, minimum two (2) years
