Project manage the delivery of a learning curriculum comprising multiple overlapping workstreams, ensuring effective scope control, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communications to drive successful outcomes
Design, deliver, and embed Elsevier’s Challenger sales and CSM methodology through blended learning pathways, including authoring digital learning content, facilitating live and virtual sessions, conducting sales assessments, analysing GONG call recordings, and providing targeted performance coaching
Provide ongoing guidance and support to front-line managers and seniors leaders to ensure learning is focused and post learning implementation plans are successful and achieve long term behaviour change
Leverage learning technologies and enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Spekit) to deliver just-in-time learning, digitise assets, and drive efficiency and scalability across sales support initiatives
Requirements
Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career
Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change
Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training
Possess strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
Has a bias for action, is agile and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization
Has experience embracing data and technology to deliver learning effectiveness
