Internal Trainer, Engineering – Products and Systems

Role Overview

• Deliver training sessions to our engineering employees.
• Define training content and objectives in collaboration with the Engineering and R&D departments, aligned with employee needs.
• Prepare and update training materials (documents, presentations, certificates, satisfaction questionnaires) to provide to employees during training sessions.
• Identify, develop, evaluate and introduce technical solutions to develop training tools.
• Collaborate with design teams (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing) and participate in FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) to stay up to date with new technologies used.
• Participate in the functional design of mock-ups used for hands-on modules (HMIs, control panels, PLCs, I/O racks, switches, etc.).
• Train new engineers, specialists, technicians and interns on the various technologies used.
• Organize logistics and manage training administration with the support of the service assistants.
• Proactively propose improvements for training development.
• Adapt the training level to the audience (Engineer/Technician).
• Deliver training in accordance with the QUALIOPI standard.

Requirements

• Education: degree equivalent to French Bac+2 to Bac+5 (or equivalent experience/knowledge).
• Fluent French and English required.
• Previous experience as a trainer preferred.
