Provide day-to-day configuration and administrative support for supply chain tools
Guide users through access requests and ticket submission processes and serve as a primary point of contact for escalations
Act as a liaison between business needs and IT systems, driving efficiency, integration, and user adoption
Serve as a central point of contact for supply chain operations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of supply chain tools, including but not limited to Oscar, SAP, MTA, Supplier Connect, RFQ, Tungsten, CTSI, and Smartsheet
Support new supply chain users by guiding them through the access request process
Set up supply chain requirements for new projects in Oscar
Maintain and update supply chain user and project information in Oscar, including changes to buyers, sourcing, logistics, and notification contacts
Partner with the Digital team to identify opportunities to improve and simplify existing tools
Prepare standard work instructions for key tool functionalities
Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and IT teams to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities
Serve as a supply chain subject matter expert in business reviews, Kaizen events, and transformation initiatives
Manage the execution of multiple interdependent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource constraints
Support change management and stakeholder communications to enable sustainable implementation of improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business ERP/system solutions, supply chain operations, operations management, or a related role
Preferred: Experience working in global or multi-site supply chain environments
Preferred: Experience working with SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis capabilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
