Role Overview
- Support the contracting and procurement activities for engineering and construction services
- Assist in spend analysis, cost breakdowns, and commercial evaluations using Excel‑based models
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and operations stakeholders to support sourcing strategies
- Prepare and maintain procurement trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Assist with contract documentation, amendments tracking, and compliance reviews
- Help standardize data and improve visibility of procurement KPIs and savings initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Facilities & Construction category
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Preferred: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Petroleum, or related Engineering disciplines)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and learning mindset
