Lead the overall strategy for resource development (private and public) and partnerships to secure, diversify and increase funding for public-interest projects (excluding research) carried out by the School and its Foundation.
Supervise the Foundation project officer, responsible for administrative and financial monitoring, CRM management and communications.
Co-develop the development strategy and the annual action plan.
Identify, assess and prioritize projects for funding in collaboration with operational departments.
Support teams in structuring projects (content, timelines, budgets and financing plans).
Align project proposals with funders' expectations.
Design and lead the fundraising strategy (companies, foundations, alumni).
Prospect, negotiate and formalize partnerships in synergy with the Corporate Solutions department.
Design and implement fundraising campaigns (major donors and the general public).
Monitor the sector and identify opportunities (calls for proposals).
Requirements
Master's degree (e.g., business school, IEP or equivalent)
10–15 years' experience in philanthropy, partnerships and fundraising strategies (prospecting and donor retention)
Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects; marketing and communication techniques
Strategic mindset and strong synthesis abilities; analytical skills
Proficiency with IT tools and common office software
