Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a focus on process optimization and performance monitoring.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to make decisions and improve performance.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in logistics processes and find practical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS, TMS) is a plus.
