About this role

Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Communicate organizational messages from upper management to the team
Complete regular one on one performance discussions and annual reviews
Work closely with other supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings
Motivate employees and create solutions to increase employee morale and satisfaction
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
Understands daily shareholder/participant requests.

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of financial services industry preferred
Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals
Leadership skills utilized to effectively monitor and develop subordinates
Decision making, prioritization and delegation skills are required
Planning and goal setting skills are required
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Presentation skills are required to participate in client visits and presentations.
