About this role

Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups
Support fiscal year planning activities by tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and planning materials
Consolidate, organize, and maintain content across shared repositories and planning tools
Update and manage planning systems, calendars, and documentation (e.g., internal tools, trackers)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on deliverables
Assist in crafting messaging and summaries using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot or similar tools)
Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are prepared for leadership reviews
Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively identify risks or gaps
Support a fast-paced Q4 planning cycle with shifting priorities and tight turnaround times

5+ years of experience in program/project coordination or stakeholder management roles
5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
Strong experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing deliverables
