Associate Director, Accounts Payable

Role Overview

• Coordinate and direct the operations of Accounts Payable for Cedars-Sinai Health System and its affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax reporting.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures around Accounts Payable process.
• Design and implement internal controls around cash disbursements.
• Lead the A/P function ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Develop spending policies and procedures to prevent fraud and waste of company resources.
• Prepare and monitor department budget and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related major required.
• A minimum of 10 years of Accounts Payable experience in large organizations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with leading teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
