Drive alignment between market needs and product innovation by providing feedback to product development teams and staying ahead of industry trends.
Lead end-to-end pre-sales efforts, from demonstrations and RFP responses to scoping and pricing, with minimal support.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation, while communicating new product capabilities clearly and effectively.
Act as the technical voice in high-level discussions with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders, demonstrating value and feasibility of AB Tasty’s solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in pre-sales engineering in a SaaS environment, with 5+ years supporting sales and service delivery for enterprise clients.
Confidence in customer-facing communication, technical analysis, solution positioning, and navigating complex RFI/RFP processes.
Eagerness to combine strong technical foundations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web technologies, APIs) with a passion for helping clients unlock product value.
