Role Overview
- Clarify, define and evaluate business problems and elicit requirements for change from internal stakeholders.
- Map out, where necessary, “as is” and “to be” business processes, systems and associated data flows.
- Research details and undertake investigations into best practices and solutions available to address the identified needs.
- Use data and information gathered to make recommendations that define the product roadmap.
- Support assessment of commercial viability of proposed change.
- Ensure requirements (covering business, functional, non-functional) are documented, organised, prioritised

Requirements
- Established track record of working with business and technology stakeholders to assess the current systems and/or determine requirements for new systems, products or services;
- Experience of process flow mapping, knowledge management frameworks, running workshops and requirement gathering;
- Reasonable product sense and natural user-centric thinking, technical understanding and knowledge;
- Structural problem-solver with high levels of organisation, detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work;
- Able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style;
- Experience with lean and agile methodologies, as well as online collaboration and workflow management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro) is beneficial;
- Previous experience in information services would be beneficial but not essential.
