ERP Application Specialist – Supply Chain

Role Overview

• Gather and understand business requirements and conduct process analysis.
• Propose system design and set up system configuration.
• Support implementation and deployment projects.
• Provide end user support, troubleshooting and route cause analysis.
• Support change management and deliver training.
• Support continuous improvement.
• Ensure solution consistency through cross functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Business consulting experience either as a consultant or internally in a larger organization, where building trust is an important capability.
• Good understanding in one or more of the following processes: Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehousing or Purchasing.
• Experience in the SCOR model or Microsoft E2E supply chain processes.
• Experience in working in a mixed environment of managing both on-going support and improvement activities/projects.
• Experience in identifying and refining requirements related to business processes and their supporting systems.
• Ability to take initiative to identify, track and resolve issues.
