Perform and support the IBG management for performance measurement and analytical support
Strategic / Business Planning and tracking of key strategic initiatives
Development and enhancement of MIS requirements of IBG FI business
Analyze and provide timely and accurate standard and adhoc MIS to the IBG senior management and frontline for decision making.
Maintain an accurate and consistent management information reporting system at B/S and P&L level for different FI Countries.
Requirements
Professional qualification in Business / Accounting / Commerce / Banking.
Experience of 7-8 years in Banking MIS, Finance & Planning
Established record of applying experience, knowledge and interpersonal skills in a changing business environment for the purpose of assessing information needs both at operational and management level.
Ability to understand systems and procedures and implement and modify the existing practices, if need arises.
