Role Overview
- Perform and support the IBG management for performance measurement and analytical support
- Strategic / Business Planning and tracking of key strategic initiatives
- Development and enhancement of MIS requirements of IBG FI business
- Analyze and provide timely and accurate standard and adhoc MIS to the IBG senior management and frontline for decision making.
- Maintain an accurate and consistent management information reporting system at B/S and P&L level for different FI Countries.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Business / Accounting / Commerce / Banking.
- Experience of 7-8 years in Banking MIS, Finance & Planning
- Established record of applying experience, knowledge and interpersonal skills in a changing business environment for the purpose of assessing information needs both at operational and management level.
- Ability to understand systems and procedures and implement and modify the existing practices, if need arises.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
