Role Overview
- Own full product P&L for the 4000/5000 series platforms
- Lead with a customer back perspective to shape product strategy
- Define and execute pricing, value proposition, and portfolio strategy
- Translate voice of customer and market intelligence into product positioning
- Lead business case development for new products, technologies, and investments
- Drive alignment between Prime Product strategy and Aftermarket Services
- Provide strategic direction to globally distributed product and engineering teams
- Own and champion product regulatory and compliance readiness
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Build long‑term engineering capability and talent pipelines
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience owning or strongly influencing P&L outcomes for complex products, platforms, or portfolios
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, cost structures, margin management, and financial trade‑offs
- Proven ability to operate with a customer back mindset
- Extensive experience managing engine, power systems, or similarly complex industrial products
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, compliance, and quality expectations.
