Lead the development and execution of Choice’s international procurement strategy in partnership with Regional Leadership and International Operations
Own strategic roadmaps that increase value for master franchisors, including commercial models, supplier solutions, onboarding plans, and value-realization frameworks
Serve as the primary procurement partner to International Operations leadership, translating growth, standards, and GTM priorities into actionable procurement initiatives
Collaborate closely with Brand, Franchise Development, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure offerings are compliant, brand-aligned, and operationally scalable
Identify, recruit, and commercialize strategic international vendor partnerships that scale with Choice’s global growth strategy
Negotiate complex international contracts across manufacturing, distribution, licensing of Choice Marks, technology, and other monetized services
Build and manage a diversified, resilient global vendor portfolio capable of delivering consistent, brand-aligned solutions across geographies
Own financial tracking, reporting, and analytics for international procurement revenue streams, including licensing income, fees, rebates, and monetized technology
Implement revenue assurance practices to identify irregularities, mitigate leakage, and protect Choice’s commercial interests
Partner with Finance on accurate revenue recognition, forecasting, business case development, and sustainable pricing and commissioning structures
Leverage Choice’s global scale to secure favorable commercial terms while diversifying supply chains to mitigate risk and ensure continuity
Partner with regional logistics, sourcing, and quality teams to optimize global distribution networks and localize solutions where appropriate
Act as an escalation point for franchisee and master franchisor procurement issues, ensuring timely resolution, high service levels, and continuous improvement of the procurement experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required
10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, business development, account management, distribution, or related commercial roles with increasing strategic scope
Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex international contracts and managing global vendor ecosystems
Strong strategic planning, roadmap development, and program execution capabilities
High level of commercial acumen with a revenue assurance mindset
Proven ability to influence and partner across regions, cultures, and internal Centers of Excellence
Excellent analytical, financial, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Foreign language capability and multi-market experience preferred
