Exciting opportunity within Pfizer’s Inflammation & Immunology business unit to lead the newly expanded Gastroenterology specialty sales team in the West Region
Responsible for building, developing, coaching, and leading the U.S. Gastroenterology sales team in the Northeast region
Deliver Region net revenue performance and expense management through identification, prioritization and execution of significant net revenue commercial opportunities
Translate the Business Unit's vision and strategies to align, engage and inspire colleagues across the Sales organization
Drive brand performance and engage with customers to gain market insights to make informed decisions and implement impactful sales strategies
Requirements
BA/BS Degree required
15+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
Minimum of three years management experience leading a team
Minimum of three years spent leading a pharmaceuticals sales team and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership of teams is preferred
Proven track record of sales performance and meeting organizational goals
Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
