Support teams across the organization as they explore, adopt, and responsibly apply AI, automation, and analytics tools
Support the design, testing, and documentation of AI‑enabled workflows, agents, dashboards, and automation solutions
Assist with building prompt libraries, Copilot workbooks, and reusable automation assets to support common business tasks
Help identify and deliver “quick win” automations (e.g., reporting, data entry, document generation, process handoffs)
Support analytics initiatives including financial modeling, spend analysis, pipeline and renewals tracking, investment tracking, and operational reporting
Assist with dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce reports, or AI‑generated summaries
Contribute to data readiness and integrity efforts by helping standardize files, improve metadata, clean legacy content, and support governance practices that enable effective AI usage
Document current‑state workflows and identify opportunities for automation across areas such as Sales operations, proposals, SOWs, and renewals
Support AI‑assisted documentation, QA, and report generation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
Assist with AI‑enabled customer success motions, journey orchestration, and operational signals
Contribute to marketing, ecommerce, and partner initiatives that leverage AI for seller productivity, content discovery, and digital experience improvements
Help create training materials, demos, user guides, and adoption resources for AI tools and automations
Document use cases, best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to support organizational learning
Promote responsible, transparent, and ethical use of AI in alignment with CDW guidelines
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a full-time post‑secondary program, with the expected graduation date of Dec 2026 or May 2027
Strong curiosity about AI, automation, and analytics and how they can be applied in real business environments
Comfort working with data, documentation, and process‑oriented work
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical partners
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks or projects
A learner’s mindset with a willingness to experiment, ask questions, and iterate
Familiarity with tools such as generative AI, low‑code/no‑code platforms, analytics, automation, or business systems is an asset
