Provide technical support for various UOP technologies, including NHT, CCR Platforming, Fixed Bed Platforming, and other light fuels process technologies to ensure optimal operation.
Support both external (licensees, EPC contractors, vendors) and internal (Field Services, R&D, Engineering) customers in technology and service delivery projects.
Facilitate the transfer of technology to customers' UOP-licensed units, enhancing reliability and profitability through digital services and regular interactions.
Collaborate with UOP departments (R&D, Sales, Engineering) to ensure seamless technology and service delivery, participating in NPI and BTI projects.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives in technologies and services, actively engaging in customer meetings and engineering review sessions.
Conduct on-site audits of commercial units and prepare/upkeep operating manuals, process technology documentation, and training materials.
Requirements
Bachelors or Higher in Chemical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant technical experience including UOP Field Operating Service, UOP Engineering, or equivalent industry. experience in process operations, technical service, or engineering design.
Experience with at least one of the following UOP Technologies (Platforming & Light Naphtha Isomerization) is preferred.
