Requirements
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent scientific university program;
Proven experience in team management within the software domain, with a solid understanding of validation and testing processes;
Strong technical skills and sufficient expertise to communicate effectively with the validation experts on your team;
Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
You are rigorous and customer-focused, able to take a step back with critical thinking and put yourself in the customer's shoes to anticipate needs and ensure solution quality;
Team spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with teams;
You can work closely with developers while maintaining your autonomy;
Ability to switch between French and English in real time and professionally for facilitating workshops, meetings, and drafting technical documents and meeting minutes.
