Role Overview
Engage and execute with Sales Partner for account planning, prospecting, and management
Assist in the pre-qualification, assessment, development, and presentation of client proposals
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed
Conduct strategic reviews to attract, retain, and grow business
Provide thought leadership and insights to Sales Partners and customers
Maintain understanding and relationships with organizations supporting customer business needs
Speaker at industry events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related field
6 or more years of experience marketing, selling, and servicing products in financial and/or insurance services
Experience with National broker preferred
In-depth knowledge of credit union industry preferred
Ability to quickly develop business relationships
Extensive understanding of practices and precedents along with 3+ years of experience in fidelity, property & casualty insurance or credit union operations
Expert knowledge of Corporate Property & Casualty products is preferred
Strong sales background with exceptional verbal, written, listening, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
