About this role
Role Overview
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the support team
Maintain and improve existing systems for stability, reliability, and performance
Analyze root causes of incidents and implement long-term fixes
Work across backend (Java) and frontend (React) components
Collaborate with engineering teams to address bugs
Review logs, metrics, and system behavior for potential problems
Handle advanced technical issues escalated beyond standard support
Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes
Share knowledge with internal teams for improved support efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software engineering
Comfortable with Java and familiar with frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut
Working knowledge of React or other frontend technologies
Effective communication in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
Self-starter taking ownership of technical challenges
Experience with Cloud Integration (GCP) is a bonus
Care about Security with OWASP standards is a plus
