About this role
Role Overview
Lead and contribute to large‑scale analytics initiatives, gathering and integrating data from multiple sources to support business decision‑making
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that answer business questions and inform recommendations
Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret results and validate findings
Translate analytical outcomes into clear, concise narratives and visualizations that enable data‑driven decisions
Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide a holistic view of analysis and align insights to business priorities
Measure and monitor the results of implemented recommendations, adjusting approaches as needed based on performance
Ensure data acquisition, sharing, and applied recommendations comply with company standards and governance expectations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and/or predictive modeling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex, high‑volume datasets
Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Azure
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of database architecture, BI tools, and data structures
Experience in financial services, including products, customers, and transaction or interaction data
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to business audiences
Ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross‑functional environments
High attention to detail with comfort navigating data ambiguity
Ability to promote agile ways of working
Demonstrated ability to influence change across a complex organization
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering) or equivalent experience
