End-to-end responsibility: You act as the director of digital transformation. You guide our clients from the initial vision through the technical setup to productive use.
Project management from A to Z: You independently manage customer projects from the initial consultation to go-live. You always have scope, timing, and quality firmly under control.
Requirements translator: You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and translate complex customer needs into structured, easy-to-understand workflows.
Solution architecture: You oversee the full lifecycle of monday.com solutions and build robust system integrations with tools like Slack, Outlook, and HubSpot to ensure clean data exchange.
Empowerment: You conduct targeted trainings and create clear documentation so our clients can operate their solutions securely and sustainably.

monday.com expertise: You have expertise in monday.com and are ideally already proficient with one of the modules: Work Management, CRM, or Service.
Administration & configuration (incl. development): You have solid experience in administration and configuration of monday.com tools and have implemented them across various corporate environments.
Business & Tech: You are familiar with software development, project work, and business processes.
Strong conceptual skills: You design tailored solutions from analysis through to implementation.
Work experience: You have 2+ years of relevant professional experience (Associate level) or additional project management experience (Senior level).
Language skills: You have very good German (C1) and good English (B2).
