Role Overview
- Vet and qualify callers and leads based on firm guidelines.
- Schedule consultations and manage the attorney’s calendar.
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct detailed client intake and gather accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the intake process.
Requirements
- Full‑time role working Monday through Friday.
- Working hours are 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
- Position supports a legal practice with a strong focus on family law.
- Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.
- This role involves daily phone work and client interaction.
- Required software and tools include: CRM: Leap, VOIP system, Calendly, Outlook.
- Ideal start is as soon as possible.
