Support and advise managers on HR-related and employment law matters
Develop policies and company agreements in cooperation with the works council
Implement new HR processes and standards
Initiate and lead various HR projects
Provide committed leadership and development of the HR team
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (BSc/MSc), or equivalent vocational qualification with additional HR specialist certification (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
Several years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role — ideally in the service sector (e.g., hospitality)
Experience working with works councils
Confident interaction with managers, employees, and external stakeholders
Process-oriented approach and willingness to take responsibility
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
