Development, maintenance and implementation of compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay
Lead and develop a small team
Build and enhance a job-grading / job evaluation system
Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and company agreements
Ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analysis of internal data, conduct gap analyses, identify trends
Initiate and lead projects, e.g., standardization, implementation or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems)
Requirements
Several years of professional experience and some leadership experience
Experience with job-grading / job evaluation systems
Experience with collective bargaining agreements, company agreements, compensation and bonus models
Experience with HR systems / tools: e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI, and possibly salary benchmarking tools
Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
